Join Executive Chef for an evening of fabulous opulence as she takes you on a culinary adventure into the tantalizing foods of India. You'll learn how to make Spicy Tomato Chutney, Mulligatawny Soup, Vegetable Samosas, Chicken Biryani, and Mango Lassi. Bring an apron, closed toe shoes, chef's knife and containers to carry your creations home. The class takes place on May 6th, 2011 at 6p.m.
