Tapestry Weaving Class

Instructor Lauren Becker Downey will help you learn the basics of traditional tapestry as you explore a variety of joining techniques and the possibilities of making images with yarn. Tapestry is a weft-faced weaving and you will learn exactly what that means. Practice on a frame loom which is yours to keep. Please bring a dinner fork, a hammer and scissors. The classes takes place on Mondays, May 9th, 16th & 23rd at 6p.m. – 9p.m.

Costs: $117 member / $135 non-member Materials fee $18
