Join Executive Chef Carrie Rosebraugh for an evening of fish exploration. You'll learn the secrets to preparing delectable fish and side dishes that everyone in the family will love. You'll make cashew crusted orange roughy, Chef Carrie's own corny smashers, mahi mahi fish tacos with mango salsa and cole slaw. The class takes place on August 26th, 2011 at 6p.m.
