Since 1929 La Cucina Italiana has been Italy's premier food and cooking magazine. The food profiled is simply amazing and the magazine is one of our favorites. So much so, our Executive Chef has decided to build a series of classes around it.
Join her on November 6, 2011 at Alchemy of the Hearth from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM for an evening of impeccable flavor as she explores La Cucina Italiana one dish at a time. Bring an apron, a chef knife, containers to carry your leftovers home and wear closed toe shoes.
The menu will consist of: Proscuitto stuffed with fresh Mozzarella and Tomatoes, Roasted Fennel Soup with Cranberries and Hazelnuts, Parpadelle with Wild Boar Ragu, Orange Salad with Apples and Pistachios, and a Seasonal Fruit Galette.
