Girls in grades 5 – 8 can join the Fleet on the second Saturday of each month to investigate exciting science topics. Each Saturday session will be filled with new challenges, hands-on activities and interaction with local women scientists. Throughout the year, we will explore an array of fields including biology, chemistry, engineering, environmental science, physics, robotics and much more!
In this class, the girls will use their imagination and techno savvy skills to design a Scratch programming masterpiece created by MIT. They’ll work collaboratively on an interactive story, animation, art or game to share online with friends.
