Who said you had to eat turkey on Thanksgiving? In fact, food historians have said the only food they are sure the pilgrims ate that day was deer! Join chef Arleen Lloyd and create your own thanksgiving tradition sans the turkey. We'll be making a crown roast of pork with apple walnut stuffing, poached pears with feta cheese and micro greens, then we'll top everything off with beggars purses.
**Bring an apron, closed toe shoes, chef's knife and containers to carry your creations home.
