You should have an understanding of how to make a pie crust, if you don't please take All About Pie prior to this class. We'll be making traditional pies for the Thanksgiving holiday Nov. 21, 2011 at 6 p.m.
Choice of pie fillings include: apple, pumpkin, sweet potato, pecan.
*Bring an apron, closed toe shoes, two 8 inch pie pans and containers to carry your pies home.
