Bravo School Of Art: Infused Herbal Vinegar

Join instructor Lauren Becker Downey and learn how to make a variety of flavored vinegars using fresh herbs. Beautiful in their glass jars, these works of art are also delicious to taste. Your vinegar can be used to flavor salad dressing, marinades, sauces, condiments, soups, etc. Recipes, herbs and two bottles will be provided. Also learn creative ways to package your product with hang tags, ribbon and other wrapping material. The perfect gift! The workshop will be held on November 25, 2011 from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM at Bravo School of Art.
