Learning to draw the human figure is an adventure. Join Sally Phillips in this workshop, "Introduction to Life Drawing," and observe the human body as it stands before you and look for all the curves and circles inherent in it. Become familiar with muscle structure and movement. The model progresses from 30 second to 25 minute poses while emphasis will be on proportion, intuitive quality of line, and shading techniques that give depth to the human form. Materials list provided upon registration. The workshop will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM at the Bravo School of Art.
