The Mother Hips With Nicki Bluhm And The Gramblers
Above: Promotional Graphic of Musical Artist Mother Hips.
The Mother Hips are a California band who play soulful West Coast inspired rock ‘n’ roll with a ceaseless fan base and supporting cast of prestigious musicians. Tim Bluhm’s cathartic and multi-dimensional lyrics are cradled in his gritty elastic voice and strengthened with Greg Loiacono’s dynamic vocal range and ear for perfect, gold plated harmony.
This year Nicki Bluhm & The Gramblers reached their widest audiences yet, performing sets at High Sierra Music Festival, Desert Rocks Music Festival, Summer Melt-Down, Harmony Festival, and Las Tortugas. Nicki and her band immediately stood out by incorporating a wide range of styles that includes elements of 70s rock, saloon honky-tonk and country blues and soul, all led by Bluhm’s classic but utterly modern voice.
The Tilt will also be making an appearance on stage.
The concert will take place on September 23, 2011 at the Belly Up Tavern. Show begins at 9:30 PM, doors open at 8:30 PM.
