This seminar applies basic business tax rules to selected arrangements involving IP such as development, sales, use of holding companies and R & D partnerships, international cost sharing and other cross border planning, and financing techniques such as securitization. The aim is to impart solutions for developing and exploiting IP in light of U.S. and other tax rules.
