Sauce making has a reputation for being a difficult art, but it really only requires a few basic methods and techniques. Learn the fundamentals necessary to creating the most delectable sauces from tomato to hollandaise in this hands-on cooking class dedicated to transforming an everyday meal into a special occasion feast!

**Be sure to bring an apron, chef knife and containers to transport your creations home.
