At the Summer Camp: All Aboard!: Art Of The South Pacific, young artists will learn about the art of Pacific Island cultures through visits to the Museum and projects such as creating masks, sculptures, and other art inspired by what they see. Week-long, half-day camps are led by artist instructors and will include art activities that explore a variety of media and trips to the Museum to view summer exhibitions.
This camp is designed for students who will be entering kindergarten through second grade in the next school year.
Dates: Aug 13th-17th from 9am-12pm.
Register at the Museum's admission desk or by mailing or faxing a completed 2012 Summer Programs Registration Form directly to the Museum.
Cost: $150 members/$200 nonmembers
