San Diego Writers, Ink celebrates visual arts, bookmaking, and writing with Arts in Books Day on December 15th from 10am-7pm!
The event begins with a fun, hands-on bookmaking class from 10 am - 2 pm with writing prompts where students will create, write, draw, and bind their own books! At 3 pm, Kevin Greeland and featured artist Blair Thornley will hold a Q&A about art in books. An evening gallery reception will feature the work of Blaire Thornley from 4 - 7 pm.
