Guests can enjoy a 3-course meal with fresh Mediterranean twists featuring options such as seared diver scallop with cauliflower purreé and carrot ginger sauce, roasted game hen for entreé accompanied by potato and leek gratin, and sauteéd spinach, finishing with pecan rum cake for dessert. The evening's entertainment includes DJ, dancing, champagne toast and party favors.
