Join us to kick off this special year of reading! The 2012 One Book program will feature three books, one at a time. "Sky of Red Poppies" by Zohreh Ghahremani will be featured January through March. "Moloka’i" by Alan Brennert will be featured April and May, and "Into the Beautiful North" by Luis Urrea will be featured June and July.
This event will kick off the year by celebrating all three. Special guests include authors Zohreh Ghahremani, Alan Brennert and Luis Urrea as well as "KPBS Midday Edition" host, Maureen Cavanaugh.
The presentation will be followed by a reception including refreshments and an opportunity to purchase the featured books from Warwick’s bookstore and meet the authors.
