In Stocks and Soups Cooking 102, you will learn the "how to" of stocks and soups with Chef Arleen Lloyd on January 17, 2012 at Alchemy of the Hearth (960 Rancheros Dr, San Marcos). You will learn how to create chicken, vegetable and fish stock and how to use them in other soup applications. Please bring an apron, closed toe shoes, chefs knife and containers to carry your creations home.
