Have you wanted to take a cooking class but just haven't been able to fit it into your schedule? Maybe you just want to try one out. Well, here's your chance! We're bringing back our once a month 1 hour cooking class. You'll learn the techniques necessary to cook one particular item "hands on" and get a feel for what a true cooking class is all about.
Join Executive Chef Arleen Lloyd for an informative tutorial on how to create great Huevos Rancheros you'll love to make over and over again. You'll learn how to choose the your ingredients,how to properly cook the eggs and the best way to put it all together.
Pre registration is necessary as we do limit the number of students in each class. Bring an apron, closed toe shoes, chef's knife and containers to take your creations home. The class will be held on January 20, 2012 at Alchemy of the Hearth (960 Rancheros Dr, San Marcos). Google Map.
