In this class you will learn how to create more advanced sauces from the foundation of mother sauces. This class requires prior registration in "The Mother Sauces Cooking 101." This is an advanced class not meant for beginners. It will be held on July 9th, 2012 with Chef Arleen Lloyd at Alchemy of the Hearth.
Purchase all 10 classes for $450.00 or purchase each class individually for $65 each.
Please bring an apron, closed toe shoes, chefs knife and containers to carry your creations home.
