Parks and Open Spaces Day is Saturday June 9th, 9am-5pm.
All park entrance fees will be waived as we celebrate “Get Outdoors Day.” The day’s events will include ranger-guided hikes down the park’s 2-mile Bayside Trail, special films about a variety of parks and open spaces, fun activities for children, including the park’s Junior Ranger Program, as well as booths and exhibitors from local parks and land management organizations.
Chris Burns will celebrate San Diego's history through music performing with historical music and instruments at 1pm and we also have the pleasure of having Phillip Carrillo perform for the event with his guitar from 11am-1pm and 2-3:30pm.
