Discover an adventure like no other during the San Diego Zoo Safari Park’s Summer Camp 2012! Children ages 4 and 5 can enjoy this five-day camp adventure:
Explore animal senses and your own as you embark on a Sensory Safari throughout the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. From the owl that can hear a mouse stepping on a twig 75 feet away to the pig that can smell food underneath the ground, animals have some pretty amazing senses! Campers will look, listen, and smell their way through the Safari Park discovering how animal senses are the same or different as ours.
Each day brings a new sense to life as campers head off on Park tours, meet animals up close in private animal encounters, enjoy games, songs, and snacks, and make cool crafts to take home and treasure. From “Super Sight” to “Terrific Touch,” your camper will be a sensory scientist by the end of the week.
Note: Child must be at least 4 years old by the first day of camp.
