Summer Salon Series will comment on real and imagined histories. Sesshu Foster will read from his historical fiction novel, Atomik Aztex.
In The Studio Daniela Kelly, Museum Educator will lead a Workshop inspired by Sesshu’s work to create Aztec Character Paintings. A screening of documentary, The Battle of Algiers will depict the military struggles and Guerilla warfare from 1954-1957 that led to the liberation of Algeria from the French Government.
