Join instructor Alena Marie for a workshop through life's changes.
A Labyrinth is a single winding path that leads into and out from a center. Make a labyrinth drawing as you focus on letting go and moving on through life changes, loss and grief. This workshop begins with a brief summary of the Labyrinth and the Three Stages of a Labyrinth Walk.
Templates may be used to make your personal drawing. Experience a guided relaxation, explore and express yourself using mixed media, expressive art and journaling techniques. No previous art experience required!
