Educators are invited to learn new art projects and network with colleagues at the annual Educators' Art Fair. This event is designed especially for K-12 teachers with little or no art training, and will provide lesson-plan ideas for "Behold, America!"
Participate in three 50/minute workshop/artist demonstrations, take a docent/led tour of the exhibition at both the Timken Museum of Art and The San Diego Museum of Art, learn a variety of art-making techniques, and receive a helpful How-To Guide. The lessons will be designed and presented by The San Degio Museum of Art, the Timken Museum of Art, and the MCASD and will provide inspiration for exploring the exhibition as displayed at each institution.
A continental brekfast will be served. Doors open at 8:30 a.m.
