Inspired by American holiday favorites, Chef Aron Schwartz has created a nostalgic Thanksgiving menu that will make you feel right at home for the holidays. The three-course menu includes classic and traditional dishes like Roasted Butternut Squash Soup, Herb Roasted Free Range Turkey with brioche stuffing, local farm vegetables and house made orange cranberry sauce, and Pumpkin Pie with Chantilly cream.
The dinner is $30 per person and comes with the choice of one dish for each of the three courses with 3-4 options for the first, second and third course. For an additional $20, you can enjoy each course with a wine pairing selected by Advanced Sommelier Josh Orr to enhance each and every flavor.
