The Dinner Buffet will be hosted in the beautiful Mission Bay Ballroom with spectacular views overlooking Mission Bay with live piano entertainment and complimentary William D. Evans and Bahia Belle cruises with paid lunch buffet.
Highlights include: Roast Turkey with giblet gravy and cranberry sauce, Roast Sirloin of Beef with au jus and horseradish cream, Herb crusted Salmon with a mustard tarragon sauce, Maple glazed ham with a golden raisin-pineapple sauce, Steamed Mussels and Clams with linguica, tomatoes, and Vidalia onions, all in a fennel cream.
