This month’s class will focus on Equanimity, balance in your life. Rabbi Aliza Berk, LMFT, is the Director of the Jewish Healing Center at Jewish Family Service. She is a licensed psychotherapist, a Jewish educator, and a Spiritual Director. This class is open to all and promises to be thought provoking and meaningful.
