Get ready to Walk, Ride, and Roll! Parents and children taking part in the weeklong Walk, Ride, and Roll to School Challenge (October 1 – 5, 2012) can help their school win up to $1,000 for school supplies!
Just log your child’s carpool, walking, biking, and/or public transit trips to school in the online iCommute TripTracker tool. The top three participating schools with the highest percentages of trips will win cash prizes. Parents are also eligible to win prizes for logging their child’s trips during the challenge.
In addition, help your kids gear up for International Walk and Bike to School Day on October 3, 2012. Children who participate will learn about pedestrian and bicycle safety, and receive freebies from iCommute and our partners.
