The pre-set 5-course dinner is paired with Temecula’s Thornton Winery varietals.
Courses include savory and luscious dishes such as the Sweet Onion Bouillon with brioche toast, melted onions, nutmeg butter and a poached quail egg and the palate-stimulating Albacore with green onion, Dashi, fennel puree and Maitake mushrooms.
Prices are $130 per person (not including tax and gratuity). Seating is limited and menus are subject to change.
