Qi (pronounced chi) Gong is a light exercise originally from China and practiced around the world to benefit and improve the entire body with a sense of greater relaxation and wellbeing. No previous experience is necessary.
Note: Bring water to drink and wear loose clothing to be comfortable. This is a standing practice, no mats necessary.
