Gloria Penner was an integral part of the growth and success of KPBS. During her nearly 43 year career, she championed public affairs and political reporting and was an accomplished leader the face of San Diego’s public broadcasting stations. Countless San Diegan’s welcomed Gloria into their homes via her signature programs on KPBS TV and KPBS Radio. Aside from her career, she was a devoted mother and wife and a beloved friend and community supporter.
Help us remember her wonderful life and her many accomplishments as we pay tribute to our friend Gloria Penner.
