San Diego House Rabbit Society is an all-volunteer, nonprofit animal welfare organization that rescues abandoned domestic rabbits and works to find them new homes. SDHRS supports local shelters and humane societies by helping to care for their rabbits, providing spay/neuter services, and promoting them to the public. The Society educates the public through in-house rabbit care classes, an extensive website, and attending community events were volunteers share information on rabbit care and adoption.
Throughout 2012 SDHRS is celebrating its 20th anniversary of caring for rabbits and the people who love them.
This festival is proudly sponsored by the Petco Foundation.
