Join chef Joy Jameson and explore the world of Italy's stuffed breads, the calzone and stromboli.
Calzones are turnovers that resemble an inside out pizza, while strombolis are Italy's answer to a baked sandwich. You'll learn how to create the perfect dough, what the fillings are and how to shape, bake and eat these gastronomic treats.

**Bring an apron, cookie sheet with sides, wear comfortable closed toe shoes and bring containers to carry your leftovers home.
