Join Chef Stein for an evening dedicated to learning the art of making fresh cheese and explore the "science of cheese and cheese making.
You'll make three different fresh, soft cheeses; yogurt cheese, ricotta, and mozzarella. Each of these cheeses can be made with a minimum of equipment (and effort) in your home and once you've tasted "fresh" you'll never go back to store bought.
