Join Chef Stein for an evening geared towards exploring the bounty of ingredients, cooking techniques and wines that are unique to Oregon, Washington and British Columbia. We will prepare a family-style feast matched with the wines of the region. Menu is dependent upon seasonally available ingredients. Come hungry!
