Chef Andrew Sasloe has planned a very special Valentine’s menu that will be available from Thursday, February 14th through Monday, February 18th. The three-course meal is available for $39.95 or a la carte.
Appetizers: Blue Crab Bisque, Grilled Artichoke Salad, New Zealand Green Lip Mussel Provencal, Escargot and Tempura Ahi Tuna Tiger Eye.
Entrees: Rosemary Dusted Lamb Chops, Jumbo Shrimp/Diver Scallop Duet, Arctic Char, Pork Tenderloin and Angus Beef Filet.
Desserts: Chocolate Sweetheart, Cappuccino Crème Brulee, Warm Blueberry Cobbler and Lemon Tart.
