The "Pleasure of Your Company" chamber music series sponsored by the Scripps Ranch Friends of the Library presents the piano duo team, Mary Barranger and Diane Snodgrass, on Sunday, February 17, at 2:30 pm at the Scripps Miramar Ranch Library Center, performing masterworks from the piano four-hand repertoire.
They have been performing together for over thirteen years. Ms. Barranger has been the in-orchestra pianist for the San Diego Symphony since 1976 and since 1988 has also been principal pianist for the San Diego Chamber Orchestra, now Orchestra Nova. A sought-after accompanist and chamber musician, Ms. Snodgrass recently performed Saint-Saëns’ “Carnival of the Animals” with the San Diego Symphony.
There is no charge for the concert, although donations are appreciated. Meet the artists at a complimentary reception following the concert.
