Hailing from the San Diego suburb of Poway, Calif. (home of Blink 182 and Allstar Weekend), Sleepless Pacific, a college-aged alternative/rock band, is gearing up to release their debut album "Breaking Ground" on January 11, 2013. To celebrate, the band is holding a free release party at Point Loma Nazarene University on the 11th from 7-10pm. All are invited.
The album, consisting of 12 original songs, is completely self-produced by members of the band which include James Bishop, Taylor Eldreth, Logan Nelson, Esteban Cervantes, and female member Robin Morris. The band has been steadily building a loyal fan base in Southern California, and are prepared to break into the industry with the upcoming release.
The album will be available come January 11, 2013 on most digital outlets (including iTunes, Amazon, Spotify etc.) and will also be available in physical form through the indie music website, CDbaby and other stores.
