Fathers and their little tykes (ages four and older) can enjoy the thrill of camping without the hassle of hauling gear and provisions to the woods. The adventure begins as soon as you check in, with an activity and a chance to meet some of our animal ambassadors up close before boarding our double-decked bus for a private tour of the Zoo.
After arriving at the Zoo’s Camp Timbuktu, you and your child can settle down in your tent (provided). A yummy camp buffet dinner will be served, followed by activities and camp games (how about a little father-and-child competition?). After a night hike to see what our animals are up to when the sun goes down, you’ll return to camp for more fun entertainment and make a campfire dessert.
Wake to a delicious hot breakfast and enjoy an exclusive visit to one of our animal exhibits and chat with a keeper before heading home with lots of happy memories.
