The Ilan-Lael Foundation, a non-profit arts and education organization, presents “San Diego In Search of Its Identity” on Tuesday, March 5, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Mingei International Museum.

This discussion speaks to the various aspects of our community that shape lives and our parameters of opportunity.

Panelists for this discussion include Ilan-Lael Foundation president and prolific artist James Hubbell, Mary Wolshok, Associate Vice Chancellor for Extended Studies and Public Programs and Professor of Sociology at the University of California, San Diego, Howard Blackson, Director of Planning for Place Makers and Rob Quigley, famed architect and community developer. Moderator for this discussion is Peter Jensen, a freelance writer and Marketing Consultant.
