In NCM’s Test Kitchen, we’re prototyping appetizing artist projects for our next Museum-wide exhibition, opening October 2013. On March 20th, you can test out one-of-a-kind building blocks made entirely from fungi!

San Francisco-based artist Phil Ross creates unique forms from the strands of mushrooms, called mycelium. Come build a structure with these incredibly strong and sustainable materials. You’ll never look at mushrooms the same way again!
