4th Annual Parent & Educator Conference, Dyslexia: Enhancing Knowledge & Practice, hosted by the San Diego Branch of the International Dyslexia Association, provides parents, teachers, school administrators and professionals expert information and programs to help individuals with dyslexia and other learning disabilities.
The conference features Jan Hasbrouck, Ph.D., an educational consultant, trainer and researcher specializing in reading fluency instruction, along with a host of distinguished lecturers with expertise in the diagnosis, treatment, education and intervention for children and adults with dyslexia and other learning differences.
Attendees can select from a variety of breakout sessions including topics on diagnosing dyslexia, effective reading instruction, IEPs for children with dyslexia in public schools, and a private school model for reading intervention.
