Parking: For Balboa Theatre events, the theatre recommends parking at the NBC Building Garage at 225 Broadway. This underground facility offers easy access to the Balboa Theatre entrance and you can avoid the heavy traffic congestion frequently encountered on Fourth Avenue. Event access is after 5:30pm Monday – Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. Enter Broadway Circle from the intersection of 2nd Ave. and Broadway and follow around to the garage entrance down-ramp on the left, directly across from the Levi's Store. *The Balboa Theatre is not a part of Westfield Horton Plaza and does not offer any validations if patrons choose to use their garage facilities.
