Form a team or bring the family and join us for a 3.1 mile walk across the scenic UC San Diego campus, suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The only walk in San Diego organized to fundraise for melanoma research and prevention, this year marks the 20th anniversary of the first walk held in honor of Bruce Gorder, whose life was taken by melanoma in 1992 at age 37.
The annual event benefits UC San Diego Moores Cancer Center, and has raised more than $1 million to date in support of finding a cure. Registration for the walk is available now, and includes a free skin screening for all participants.
