Rady School Of Management: Managing Across Generations
Above: Graphic logo for the Rady School of Management.
Successfully managing the performance and motivation of all stakeholders, whatever their age, is critical for the effectiveness of all organizations. As much critical is the need to move people away from stereotypes that abound in the intergenerational field. In this workshop based on neuroscience findings, you will discover how to leverage “brain-based” principles which are common between all age groups and how to take care of the few behavioral differences between them.
Registration fee includes course materials, campus parking and continental breakfast.
