In the Silent Era, Lloyd, Keaton and Chaplin were comedy royalty. Tonight all three stars shine brightly! First, Harold Lloyd’s famous “boy with glasses” character struggles on Broadway until he meets the girl and wins big at the casino.
Next, Buster Keaton stars in a comedic mystery as two men vie for a beautiful girl’s affection by solving a “who-done-it.” And finally, the enduring Charlie Chaplin as The Vagabond falls in love with a gypsy ingénue, ultimately winning her heart. All the hilarious hijinks are accompanied by Russ Peck on the mighty Fox Theatre Pipe Organ.
