Join us for a fun filled hour of reading and crafts in celebration of the current exhibition, "Lynn G. Fayman: A Colorful Life."
On April 16th, story time will showcase "Why I Built the Boogle House," a fun tale of a boy and his quest to find the perfect pet (and the perfect pet house!).
April 30th, story time will highlight I was "Kissed by a Seal at the Zoo," a wonderful frolic through the animal attractions at the San Diego Zoo.
Both books are illustrated with photographs by Lynn G. Fayman, and were written in collaboration with Theodore Geisel (Dr. Seuss) and Helen Palmer in the early 60s.
These timeless adventures are sure to delight and amuse young children, and will be followed by an engaging and lively activity that celebrates the legacy of Lynn G. Fayman and his creative work.
Both events begin at 10:30 am and last about an hour.
Kids 12 and under are free with paid adult admission. For more information, contact firstname.lastname@example.org or 619-238-7559 x216.
