Join us in celebrating San Ysidro Health Center’s 45th Anniversary!

This year’s Gala proceeds will specifically benefit the expansion of services to San Ysidro Health Center’s growing older adult patient population through the creation of a new Senior Services Clinic.

The demand for senior health care services continues to grow as the baby boomer population ages. Many more families than ever need help to maintain the health and well-being of their parents and grandparents.

San Ysidro Health Center currently meets this demand by providing holistic, patient-centered senior health services for older adults who struggle with Dementia, Alzheimer’s and other illnesses and offering much needed respite care for family members and caregivers. But the need is great and demand for these services is growing rapidly.

As a result, this year’s Gala proceeds will specifically benefit the expansion of services for our growing adult patient population through the creation of a new Senior Services Clinic.

Highlighting the evening will be presentation of The San Ysidro Health Center 2014 Health Champion Award to Hon. Greg Cox, San Diego County Board of Supervisors, in recognition of the County’s partnership with SYHC in the Affordable Care Act Town Halls and in promoting Live Well, San Diego. Co-recipient of the 2014 Health Champion Award is City of Chula Vista Mayor Hon. Cheryl Cox, in recognition of her leadership critical in helping to open Chula Vista Medical Plaza, SYHC’s newest state-of-the-art facility.

SYHC celebrates dedicated, tenacious, vocal, innovative leaders such as Supervisor Cox and Mayor Cox, who through their leadership reinforce the critical need for programs and services to preserve the health and well-being of the most vulnerable in our community.
