About The Tree Steward program:
The Tree Steward program is one of the first activities of Tree San Diego, a new non-profit organization with a mission to inspire and empower people of San Diego County to value, plant and maintain a thriving community forest and tree canopy. Tree Stewards will serve as volunteers to advocate, plant and care for trees in their communities, beginning with upcoming Arbor Day tree planting events.
