La Traviata takes the opera enthusiast to luxurious parties and the celebration of Carnival. In this class, Chef Katherine has created a menu that will have you dancing in the streets, while Nicolas Reveles, master opera educator, entertains and informs you of the fine points of one of the most popular and best-loved operas in the world, "La Traviata."

Recipes: Crab Stuffed Artichoke Bottom with Blanc de Noir Butter Sauce; Grilled Radicchio Salad with Sweet and Spicy Hazelnuts, Seasonal Berries, Bacon Lardons and Black Current Vinaigrette; Spinach and Pine Nut Stuffed Beef Tenderloin with Peppercorn Sauce; Oven Roasted Parmesan Tomatoes; Spiced Sweet Potatoes; Fruit Compote with Champagne Sabaglione.

This is not a hands on cooking class. All dishes are gluten free.
